Vintage ~ 1973 9ct gold and purple paste ring ~ size Q / 8

~ Here we have a beautiful vintage paste ring

~ The ring face measures 16.25 north to south at widest point

~ Stamped to inner with hallmarks for 9ct gold Birmingham 1973

~ In excellent condition, stone rattles a little in setting if shaken vigorously but is nice and secure in setting, with no chips or damage, tests as paste, looks reddish purple non most light settings, but occasionally in lower lighting looks little more of a cool purple. Please note this is a high shine yellow piece, and dark areas are reflections from surrounding area (like a mirror) not marks or heavy patina.
