• We include a pre-paid tracked envelope to send your dried milk back securely.
• Once your dried breastmilk arrives, we’ll confirm by email and begin crafting your necklace.
• Any unused milk will be respectfully discarded or returned on request.
• Turnaround Time: 1–2 weeks from when we receive your dried milk.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
• After purchase, we’ll email you easy step-by-step instructions to dry and send your breastmilk
• This saves time and avoids delays waiting for international post
• You’ll package a small amount (just a teaspoon), label it, and send it back securely via tracked mail
• Prefer a kit? We can post one to you — just let us know (please allow 7–10 extra days)
• Once your milk arrives, we’ll confirm by email and begin crafting your ring or necklace
• Any unused breastmilk is returned safely with your finished jewellery
